Kapchorwa District Youth With Disabilities Association (KADYD) is a community Based Organization formed to advocate for the rights of persons with Disabilities especially youth (women, girls and boys) for inclusion in Education, Health and SRHR. And was formed in 2022 but was official registered in 2023 as advocacy organization in Kapchorwa District.

    Our Objectives detailed

  • Empowering youth with disabilities through vocational training for sustainable development;
  • Acting as a platform of formulation of viable future community investments and project to help youth with disabilities
  • Building capacities of youth with disabilities on their rights and responsibilities as leaders.
  • Sensitizing and collaborate with leaders at both District and national levels on the need for youth with disabilities to access opportunities and services
  • Creating awareness about disabilities and how they can be included in society.
  • Identify and mobilize youth with disabilities in all sub counties to participate in development.
